General Description

This holiday home is in a delightful region of France with plenty to interest visitors, including castles,theme parks, uncrowded beaches, golf and good shopping and restaurants. The house itself is built of solid stone and is set in approximately 1/4 of an acre of land and has its own swimming pool with Roman Steps to 1 metre, descending to 2 1/2m. There is sufficient off road car parking space for 4 cars, the whole site being enclosed by walls and gates.

The house is in a small hamlet, the nearest village, Fougere, is almost a mile away and has a fine,reasonably priced restaurant and a shop which sells bread, milk etc.
